Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any enquiries, consultations, orders, bespoke commissions, or services provided through it.

By accessing this website or placing an enquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Website Use

This website is intended to provide information about our collections, bespoke services, and client support.

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, security, or content.

Products

Every handcrafted lacquer memorial is individually created using traditional craftsmanship and carefully selected materials.

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, grain, and finish may naturally occur and are considered part of the character of the work.

Product photographs are provided for reference and may vary slightly depending on lighting, display settings, and handcrafted finishes.

Bespoke Commissions

Bespoke commissions are created specifically for each client.

Before production begins, the design, materials, dimensions, pricing, production schedule, and customization details will be confirmed.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

Pricing

Prices may vary depending on:

• Product selection
• Dimensions
• Materials
• Craftsmanship
• Personalization
• Shipping destination

Final pricing will always be confirmed before production begins.

Payment

Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully received and verified.

For bespoke commissions, a deposit may be required before production begins.

Accepted payment methods may vary depending on your location.

Shipping

International shipping is available to many countries and regions.

Shipping methods, delivery times, customs procedures, and local regulations vary according to destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only.

Returns

Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for detailed information regarding returns, cancellations, and refunds.

Because bespoke commissions are individually created, personalized works are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or contain a verified manufacturing defect.
